What is thyroid?
The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland that sits low on the front of the neck. Your thyroid lies below your Adam’s apple, along the front of the windpipe.The thyroid secretes several hormones. The main hormone is thyroxine, also called T4. Thyroid hormones act throughout the body, influencing metabolism, growth and development, and body temperature. During infancy and childhood, adequate thyroid hormone is crucial for brain development.

FOOD TIPS
Food habits to follow Every day:
- Nomal food with less fat and less carbohydrates with rich in fibres.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables
- Avoid Banana, Mango & Grapes.
- Avoid Non-veg food, milk and milk products
- Avoid rice, oil & spicy foods
- Avoid refined foods, fast foods & preserved foods.
THREE DAY DIET TO FOLLOW TWICE IN A MONTH.
Day 1
Only fruits and vegetables.
Day 2
Only soup 2 times and water.
Day 3
Only juice 3 times 300ml.
